You spilled the milk again. And the baby’s shoe is missing. Not just misplaced. Gone. Like it evaporated. Your coffee is cold.
You spilled the milk again. And the baby’s shoe is missing. Not just misplaced. Gone. Like it evaporated. Your coffee is cold.
You’re standing in the kitchen at 7:03 a.m. Coffee’s cold. The baby’s crying. You forgot to pack lunch. Again.
You’ve seen it. Your kid crouched over Legos, muttering to themselves, rebuilding the tower for the fourth time.
You watch your kid stare at the worksheet. Then at the clock. Then at the ceiling. You know they’re not lazy. You know they’re not broken.
You’re standing in the kitchen. Your kid is glued to a tablet. You’re not sure if it’s helping (or) just killing their attention span. I’ve been there.
You hit a wall. Growth stalls. And suddenly every blog post, podcast, and guru is shouting a different “hack” at you.
You’re staring at the toy pile on the floor. And you’re wondering: is any of this actually helping my kid learn? I’ve been there.
You’re standing in the kitchen. Toast is burning. Your kid won’t put on shoes. You say “please” and “just one minute” and “we need to go now”.
You’re standing in the kitchen. Your kid is ignoring you. Again. You’ve asked three times. Your voice is getting louder. You hate that sound.
You know that moment. When you and someone you love are both trying so hard. And still end up talking past each other. I’ve watched this happen for years.
