I scrolled past another mom’s feed today. Her kitchen was spotless. Her kid was eating quinoa with a smile.
You spilled the milk again. And the baby’s shoe is missing. Not just misplaced. Gone. Like it evaporated. Your coffee is cold.
You’re standing in the kitchen at 7:03 a.m. Coffee’s cold. The baby’s crying. You forgot to pack lunch. Again.
You’ve seen it. Your kid crouched over Legos, muttering to themselves, rebuilding the tower for the fourth time.
You watch your kid stare at the worksheet. Then at the clock. Then at the ceiling. You know they’re not lazy. You know they’re not broken.
